Premier Inn Chelmsford City Centre, Chelmsford

I had a wonderful stay at the Chelmsford City Centre Hotel. The room was spotless and well-equipped, though I wished I could have opened a window for some fresh air. The staff was helpful overall, but I did encounter a bit of a snag when arranging for a taxi, which was a minor frustration. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious food that made my stay even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the location was perfect for my needs—just a short walk to the town center and easily accessible from the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable, but I wished there had been a fridge. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even anticipating my needs. However, my dining experience at the hotel restaurant could use improvement, particularly regarding the speed of service.
